We are Liu and Fabrizio, in love with Puglia for over ten years, so much so that we have decided to make it our home. We cook for you with passion and dedication, using our favorite products that have conquered us over the years, proposed to us by our producer friends day by day, preferring local, organic ingredients that respect the cycles of the seasons. We follow the laws of nature and the rules of well-being to create a harmonious and nutritionally balanced menu. We aim to enrich dishes with healthy ingredients, avoiding invasive cooking methods and refined products.

Flavors from around the world and from our origins, such as Brazil and Trentino, blending in our dishes represent the trademark of our story. This culinary fusion not only adds a creative and educational touch but also invites your curiosity to explore new horizons, revealing the beauty of nature through the variety of shapes and colors it molds in its fruits.

Our cuisine stands out for not including traditional dishes, pasta, or meat-based ones. We carefully select the best ingredients, considering them our main allies in promoting health and well-being. We recommend looking at the menu before making a reservation.

We do not serve meat, pasta or traditional dishes, but we offer nutritionally balanced unique dishes,

often adding color & flavor from around the world.

Restrictions, requirements and food intolerances: In case of food restrictions, allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking. We do not guarantee alternative menus without notice. Due to the limited space for food preparation, we cannot guarantee menus for coeliacs, shellfish, garlic, onion, eggs, milk and derivatives allergies and other serious allergies.

Dress code: Informal. We do not enforce a dress code in our restaurant. Entry is forbidden to customers in bathing suits or wet clothing.

Children: With great joy, we welcome all children! However, we DON'T have a specific menu for the little ones, and space for strollers is limited. Please inform us of these needs at the time of booking, considering that availability might be limited due to confined spaces. We are here to ensure a pleasant family experience while respecting our other guests.

Animals: Small pets are allowed.

Tables: We remind you that the table will only be assigned upon arrival.

Groups: Our small space is designed for more intimate groups, so we cannot currently accommodate groups larger than four people. Our internal layout and current capacity does not allow us to set up two separate tables for a single group, such as a dinner table four and one for two, at the same time, precisely to maintain personalized preparations and attention for each guest.

Delays: We kindly ask our guests to respect the arrival time indicated in order to limit the entrances, guaranteeing the high quality of service that has so far distinguished the restaurant.

If you are late, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your booking.

No, in the meantime, in the event of missing notice, we secure the table for 15 minutes (no later than 2.00 pm for lunch and 9.30 pm for dinner), after which we directly consider the reservation as no-show.
